My stay at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions like the CN Tower and the entertainment district. However, I had a disappointing dining experience, especially with the service I received. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but a few issues need addressing.

While some staff were friendly and accommodating, I had an unfortunate encounter with a server named Paula, who was rude and very unwelcoming. This left a negative impression on my experience.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Intercontinental Toronto Centre. The location was fantastic, just minutes from major attractions like the CN Tower and Union Station. However, I faced some challenges with housekeeping and noise from the rooftop machinery that might disturb sensitive sleepers. The staff were friendly and attentive, and while the breakfast buffet had some good offerings, there were inconsistencies in service at times. Overall, it's a convenient option but could use improvements.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the hotel's location is fantastic, close to attractions like the CN Tower and Union Station, I encountered significant issues with room assignments and noise from construction. The staff's friendliness was a bright spot, especially the helpful front desk clerks. However, the overall management could use improvement to ensure a more pleasant experience for guests.

Rooms

I had trouble with my room assignments, as my requests for quiet accommodations were not met. On my second try, I ended up with a room overlooking a busy street. The lighting was also dark in the room and could stand to be updated.
Service

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially during check-in. However, the management seemed to struggle with addressing my concerns regarding the construction noise and room assignments.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent, making it easy to access Union Station, the CN Tower, and other attractions. It made my travels around Toronto quite convenient.
Dining

I found the dining options quite overpriced. The breakfast buffet was nice but extremely costly for what was offered, though the staff service was commendable.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers various amenities, but the outdated furnishings and the need for modernization was noticeable. Cleanliness was not an issue, as the facilities were well maintained.
